From out of town. Highly recommended by dr office (OrthoGa) very good hibachi steak and chicken. Very tender meat. Vegetables cooked tender crisp. Yumyum sauce is original and housemade.

This place is truly a hidden gem. We go to Macon all the time and never knew this place existed. We were shopping in the area and wanted hibachi. It was .2 miles away from where we were. So we decided to give it a try. Im glad we did. We went during a slow time during the day, around 3:30pm. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are very big. Everything was cook to order, so it did take some ever time but it was well worth the wait. It was honestly some of the best hibachi that I've had in quite some time. Im pretty tough on hibachi food because it not always the easiest to make but Sake didnt disappoint. We will be revisiting this plac very soon.

I eat here with my husband once, and frequently twice, a month. Sometimes we get takeout and sometimes we eat in. Usually service is super fast (and always friendly), although I've had to wait occasionally on popular/busy days. It's a relatively small space, but comfortable. My husband has to restrict his carbs, and they're very accommodating about substituting extra vegetables for rice in his hibachi chicken; I usually get the main star roll, sometimes with a house salad, and the sushi presentation is lovely. We always leave full, but not feeling heavy— I think Sake is one of the healthier restaurants we visit.

Sake Hibachi absolutely deserves 5 stars – everything was delicious, but that fried Yum Yum roll (ADD AVOCADO) was on a whole different level.Portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and you can really tell they put care into their food. If you’re anywhere near Macon and craving sushi or hibachi, do yourself a favor and try Sake Hibachi!

A great place to get food in Macon, Georgia. We were recommended by the staff at the hotel to try the Japanese hibachi restaurant down the street. Googling it brought us to this place. It is located in a strip mall between a Big Lots store and Planet Fitness. We found out later that this is not the location that they wanted us to try but we were both very glad that we did. It has booths along both walls and tables lining the center part. There is no waiter or waitress. You order at the back of the store. The staff was very nice and ordering off the menu behind the counter was easy. They were not really busy when we ordered and, when the food was ready, they brought it out to us. The drinks are serve yourself affair to the left of the counter where the chopsticks are available. I ordered the hibachi chicken. It came with a lot of rice, chicken and vegetables. There was so much food that I saved it and ate a second meal from what remained after reheating it. It was delicious both times. I am glad that I tried it and recommend it for fellow travelers in the area looking for great food.
